Job Description

Design the overall solution of the Contact Center sales & delivery project, take responsibility for the success of the project, identify key project risks, and collaborate to close the project to ensure successful project.

Responsibilities
  • Active participation in opportunity discovery and sales strategy session.
  • Scoping and managing workshops & proof of concept.
  • Managing and addressing queries of proposed solutions.
  • Active participation along with solution/technical team in the activities involving functional design, technical design, configuration analysis, support test strategy/plan/process and training plan.
  • Map business requirements to baseline functionalities, perform gap analysis and provide solution for customer’s business requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Contact Center Architecture & Business Processes including knowledge of Digital Economy.
  • Minimum 5 years in ICT working experience.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in consulting role in Contact Center. Candidate with telecom experience is preferred.
  • Must have a very good knowledge of Contact Center products as well as clear understanding of the Business Support System of the telecommunication industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and interact internally/externally involving people with diversified cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
