We’re seeking a hands‑on consultant to support our leadership team in building strong performance and reward structures.
The focus is to design and implement measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every role and job grade, and to structure our incentive plan for long-term alignment and retention.
This a one-month engagement calls for someone who blends strategic insight with practical execution.
Review current business objectives, team structures, and performance indicators.
Develop and finalize KPI frameworks for every role and job grade, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and departmental outcomes.
Design performance measurement methods, reporting templates, and review cadence.
Work with the Management in developing the compensation plan structure, eligibility and allocation models.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure both KPIs and compensation frameworks are realistic, equitable, and culturally aligned.
Prepare documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides for internal rollout.
Conduct short workshops or feedback sessions to support adoption across teams.
Proven experience in organizational development, business strategy, or HR consulting.
Strong understanding of KPI architecture, performance management systems, and incentive design.
