Innovation Is Everywhere is a learning experience company hiring a 6‑month internship in Singapore to support business development and marketing across Asia. You will work directly with the Managing Director, shaping client pitches and content that differentiates the firm in fast-moving markets.

You are curious, proactive, and skilled at online research and writing, with fluency in English. The role blends BD, marketing, and strategic support in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken). A second language is a plus.
• Curious about business, innovation and Asian markets.

• Good writing skills with adaptable tone for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and outreach of potential clients and partners across key Asian markets.
• Help build and manage prospect databases and BD pipeline progress.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing for introductory and prospecting meetings.
• Contribute to marketing materials, pitch decks, and SEO optimization.
• Produce content for social media, newsletters, and one-pagers.
• Craft proposals and tailored pitches for specific client contexts.
• Provide ad-hoc support on cross-market BD initiatives.
• Contribute ideas on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches.

Since 2012, we have been designing and running immersive programs (learning expeditions, executive workshops, custom content) across Europe and Asia for clients like Google, DBS Bank, Danone, TotalEnergies, Sodexo, AccorHotels, and many more.

We are growing our business across Asia, and we are looking for someone to be at the heart of that growth.

You will work directly with the Managing Director in Singapore, contributing to business development across multiple Asian markets, shaping how we pitch to clients, and helping craft the marketing content that makes us stand out.

What you will do

Business Development

• Support the identification and outreach of potential clients and partners across key Asian markets

• Help build and manage prospect databases and track BD pipeline progress

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform our approach

• Assist in scheduling and preparing for introductory and prospecting meetings

Marketing & Content

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and SEO optimization

• Participate in the production of visual and written content (social media, newsletters, one-pagers)

• Help craft proposals and written pitches tailored to specific client contexts

Strategic Support

• Provide ad-hoc support to the lead on cross-market BD initiatives

• Contribute ideas on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches
