Michael Page Singapore is hiring to grow its Banking & Financial Services practice, partnering with banks, asset managers, insurers, and fintechs. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, banking, financial services, sales, business development or account management, with skills transferable to client engagement and recruitment delivery.
• Interest in Banking & Financial Services and willingness to develop specialist market knowledge.
• Ability to understand different financial services roles and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities, engage prospective clients and develop existing accounts.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Strong research and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.

Role Description

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses, organisational structures and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, referrals and professional networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including client briefings, candidate sourcing and assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across relevant banking and financial services functions through direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
• Work with hiring managers to understand the functional expertise, product knowledge, experience and relevant qualifications required for each assignment.
• Assess candidates against job-related requirements, considering their skills, experience and relevant achievements.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration, hiring requirements and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees and service terms within company guidelines.
• Develop your understanding of financial institutions, banking products, industry developments and relevant regulatory requirements to support informed recruitment advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teamsand hrd2015api.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and handle client and candidate information in accordance with applicable requirements and company policies.
• Uphold fair recruitment practices, confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in recruitment, banking, financial services, sales, business development or account management, with skills transferable to client engagement and recruitment delivery.
• An interest in Banking & Financial Services and a willingness to develop specialist market knowledge. Experience recruiting for or working within the sector would be an advantage.
• The ability to understand different financial services roles and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
