Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Construction/Factory Production Supervisor (Mechanical/Engineering) to support the Production Manager and lead Team Leaders and workers. You will oversee fabrication work from AutoCAD drawings, plan weekly production, and ensure quality and efficiency on site.

Requirements include a diploma in mechanical/electrical/construction engineering and at least two years in construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in mechanical, electrical or construction engineering.
• At least 2 years’ work experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication work for quality and efficiency based on AutoCAD drawings and designs; prepare weekly production plan.
• Ensure workers follow health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meetings.
• Coordinate daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading to ensure timely operations.
• Check materials in/out and maintain stock and inventory accuracy.
• Organise factory storage and smooth movement of inventory; liaise with overseas suppliers for replenishment.
• Involve in ISO documentation and manpower planning; ensure welders fabricate correctly.

Construction/Factory Production Supervisor (Mechanical/Engineering)

• Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,500 + VB

• Industry: Construction / Engineering – Mechanical & Environmental Systems

• Working Hours: 6 days work week | Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm), Saturday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

• Working location: Woodlands Sector

• Annual leave: 12 days

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist the Factory Production Manager in supervising the factory/production Team Leaders and workers by overseeing fabrication work for quality consistency and operation efficiency, based on AutoCad drawings and Designs and prepare weekly production plan.

• Ensure all workers follow industry standard health and safety guidelines with weekly WSH safety meeting.

• Make sure daily work plan, PPE, goods arrival and unloading are carried out smoothly, timely, and completely.

• Check Team Leaders record of materials in and out of factory to project sites, all stock and inventory is maintained with accuracy and up to date.

• Organize and upkeep factory storage and movement of inventory are smooth and efficient.

• Assist to source better and cost savings materials from overseas and liaise with overseas suppliers for stock replenishing.

• Involve in ISO documentation.

• Manpower planning and workers training to make sure workers are equipped with relevant knowledge and skills.

• Need AutoCAD and fabrication knowledge to check drawings and making sure welders are fabricating correctly.

• Assist purchaser to source for materials overseas.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in either mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering or other relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years’ work experience in the construction industry.
