Job summary

KIAN YEO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel to assist the Project Manager/Engineer with day-to-day site execution. You will contribute to safety, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure installations follow construction drawings.

You will monitor progress and workmanship quality, attend toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to project scope. This role requires vigilance, record-keeping, and improvement suggestions to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
