Job summary

ARTISAN TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure timely execution of works on site in Singapore.

You will plan materials, prepare inspection forms, conduct quality and safety checks, manage workers, and align with the Structural, Architectural and M&E teams to keep the master plan on track.

Candidates should have 3+ years in construction, strong communication, and hold the requisite safety certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
• Formal education.
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site work and coordinate with sub-contractors.
• Report to the project manager on project updates.
• Plan and order materials.
• Prepare inspection forms and inspect accordingly with RE/RTO.
• Quality check and control for finished works.
• Control material wastes, downtime, rework and waiting time.
• Plan and control site works.
• Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Manage all workers on site, ensuring proper execution of project operations.
