Job summary

TOWNER CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a site-oriented professional to manage general on-site technical coordination and oversee construction activities in Singapore. The role includes coordinating with architects, contractors and consultants, reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards through inspections of completed works.

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Building or a Civil & Structural Engineering

Qualifications

• Diploma in building / Cert. Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Building Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general on site technical and coordinate site matters.
• Monitor all construction related activities, including work of architects, contractors and consultants.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure compliance with buildings regulations, policies and procedures including inspections of completed projects for accuracy, competence, standard specifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
