Job summary

SINFONG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, organize and oversee daily construction activities at our project sites in Singapore.

You will lead direct workers, coordinate with sub-contractors and land surveyors, and ensure work complies with contract specs and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising safety and housekeeping, minimizing material wastage, reporting manpower and machinery usage to the Project Manager, and aligning with environmental, health and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience from Construction background.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Supervise direct workers and instruct sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with land surveyors and sub-contractors on setting out works.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding workmanship and quality control.
• Inspect site works with QP(S) representative.
• Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
• Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager.

• Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.

Requirements
