Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is a construction supervision specialist tasked with overseeing works in line with BCA regulations and contract documents across HDB/LTA/PUB projects. The role emphasizes monitoring progress, quality control, and reporting to clients.

Candidates will supervise all activities, ensure compliance with plans and safety requirements, and be prepared to work on rotation shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in HDB/LTA/PUB projects.
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time supervision of construction works under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer's instructions.
• Ensure and monitor work progress and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, Drawings, all other contract documents, site instruction, relevant Building Control Acts and Regulations and requirements or regulations imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily reports at regular basis and as required by clients.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.
• Willing to work on rotation shifts.
• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
