Qualifications

• 1–3 years of solid construction supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors to align progress with the master schedule.
• Schedule tasks, allocate resources, and manage team performance to optimize productivity.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
• Maintain project documentation including daily site reports, material requisitions, and safety logs.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify workmanship meets specifications and client requirements.
• Communicate in English and Mandarin for reporting and client coordination.
• Deliver safety briefings in Bengali to the Bengali-speaking workforce.
• Utilize MS Office to manage digital project documentation.
• Adapt to a 6-day work week and shift rotations as required by schedules.
• Apply problem-solving to resolve site issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Demonstrate resilience and effective communication in a fast-paced construction environment.
