Job summary

Weho Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site in Singapore. You will monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and authorities, review drawings, prepare schedules and safety briefings, and support the Project Manager in planning and execution.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 2–5 years of experience, and strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of building construction methods, project coordination, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other construction-related software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under tight project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and coordination of daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor progress to ensure works align with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients and authorities.
• Review drawings, prepare schedules, method statements, and submissions.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements and quality checks.
• Coordinate design clarifications with consultants and assist PM in planning.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain records.
