Job summary

CHEONG FONG CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized storekeeper to monitor stock movement, manage inventory levels, and record deliveries for construction sites in Singapore.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, inspection, and sign-out of tools and materials, perform regular stock checks, and assist with procurement tasks and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction store keeping and logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of plumbing and sanitary materials or ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with strong organization and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, and usage of construction materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks at office and sites.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries (DO and PO).
• Issue tools, equipment, and materials to work sites with proper sign-out logs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office store.
• Assist with procurement tasks, routing invoices, or matching delivery notes.
• Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for tools/materials supply via phone/email.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.
