Job summary

YANG ZUO CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure works align with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations on our Singapore construction sites.

You will coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors, manage the site schedule to keep progress on track, read drawings and calculations, liaise with QS, attend site meetings, and report to the Project Manager on on-site matters.

• Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Work on weekends as required.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Excellent construction skills
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Able to understand drawings and calculations of Site Materials
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• Manage issues on site and resolve them
• Report to the Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Attend to Site Meetings
• Compliance with safe work procedures
