Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator (Construction) based in Singapore to oversee site execution, planning, scheduling and coordination with main contractors and clients. You will ensure works comply with drawings and specifications and meet the project deadline.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in construction, a Building Construction Supervisor’s Safety certificate, SMO and a Class 3 driving license, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills to lead a team and

Qualifications

Prior experience as supervisor/coordinator in construction.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction/project site work.
Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor’s Safety.
SMO Cert and Class 3 Driving license required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of all site works including planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination.
Attend kick-off meetings, site meetings, site walks, and briefs by clients and officers.
Plan and discuss with main-contractors and clients on project execution.
Manage and supervise project works and oversee all workers and vendors to ensure proper work execution.
Oversee arrangement of materials to deliver to site and ensure proper handover of project to client.
