Job summary

two leaf engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and per the approved programme.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and the Main Contractor to keep the project on track, monitor progress against the schedule, enforce quality and safety standards, and document daily site reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the approved programme.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and Main Contractor to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress against the approved project schedule and take appropriate action to minimise delays.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety requirements, site safety rules, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials, machinery, tools, lifting equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, manpower records, inspection records, and other required project documentation.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure defects or non-conformities are rectified promptly.
