Job summary

NNB Engineering and Construction Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Project Planning & Management professional to plan and coordinate daily construction activities, prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure works meet specifications and timelines. You will supervise site teams, coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients, ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH and other regulations, manage costs and procurement, document progress, and coordinate final inspections and handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and renovation works.
• Good leadership with manpower management.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to receive calls and reply to texts any time.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Identify and control site hazards.
• Inspect completed works and arrange rectification where necessary.
• Coordinate inspections and testing.
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Control wastage and avoid unnecessary expenses.
• Check material requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site problems quickly.
• Allocate work and supervise site teams.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure they follow project requirements.
• Coordinate manpower and work sequences.
• Ensure outstanding works and defects are rectified.
• Coordinate final inspections, testing, handover, and completion documentation.
