Vision E&C PTE. LTD is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee daily on-site activities, ensure safety and quality, and manage workers and subcontractors to meet project timelines within budget.

The role requires coordinating with REs, RTOs, consultants, and in-house teams to resolve issues and optimize labor and resources. Responsibilities include planning, supervision, and enforcement of specifications and regulations across all phases, anticipating challenges, leading meetings, and ensuring

Responsabilidades

• Plan and supervise daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety, and quality objectives
• Enforce compliance with specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations throughout all construction phases
• Manage and lead direct workers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion within budget
• Develop workforce plans for in‑house workers to optimize labor allocation and productivity
• Collaborate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in‑house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies
• Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement preventive measures
• Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
• Coordinate and manage delivery and storage of site materials and equipment to ensure proper, economical use and availability
• Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager and Directors to support project needs
