Job summary

MT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to bridge management and on-site workers, ensuring safety, adherence to schedule, and quality on building projects.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, effective communication, and hands-on coordination with engineers and project managers. You will oversee daily site operations, track progress against milestones, supervise labour, manage subcontractors and equipment, enforce Workplace Safety and Health standards,

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Management: Oversee daily construction activities, worker attendance, and task execution on site.
• Progress & Schedule Monitoring: Ensure that work flows according to the master construction schedule and milestones are.
• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship, materials, and structural phases to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, blueprints, and local building codes.
• Safety & Compliance (WSH/OSHA): Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health regulations, conduct safety tool-box meetings, and eliminate potential site hazards.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment operators to make sure materials and manpower are available when needed.
• Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs, incident reports, and worker timesheets for management review.
