Job summary

L & L CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING (PTE. LTD.) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to supervise on-site teams and deliver quality projects on time.

You will coordinate trades, monitor safety compliance, and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading site inspections, guiding training, preparing reports and budgets, and collaborating with architects to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in English to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams to deliver quality construction work within deadlines.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance team performance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations across all phases.
• Conduct site inspections of equipment and materials.
• Lead meetings with vendors, inspectors, managers and staff.
• Prepare reports, budgets and project plans for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects to meet project specs.
• Stay current with safety codes and industry best practices.
• Assist in recruiting and training new staff.
• Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple sites.
