Job summary

KCH Civil Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to review drawings and disseminate information to subcontractors and workers on site.

You will liaise with subcontractors on work methods, coordinate progress, and ensure work meets contract requirements and quality standards. You will also oversee housekeeping and safety at the site, assist in manpower scheduling, monitor daily hours, and coordinate in all site issues.

Responsibilities

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Coordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
