Job summary

You will assist the PM and supervise daily site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and clients to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules. You will monitor safety, quality and progress, resolving issues and communicating effectively with the team. The role requires a civil/geotechnical engineering degree and hands-on experience reading drawings, using AutoCAD/Revit, and

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/geotechnical engineering required with relevant certification.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/Site Manager to align activities with specs, budget and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day site works, safety and quality control.
• Coordinate site works, materials, plant and equipment with supervisors.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients for revisions.
• Study drawings, specs and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Plan and monitor construction progress and meet milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigate environmental impact.
• Lead site crew and ensure safety and QA/QC compliance.
• Review plans and quantities, raise queries to resolve discrepancies.
• Attend progress meetings and manage timely completion of works.
