SRISAAN TECH96 ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Site Manager to supervise daily construction activities, manage manpower, and ensure projects progress per plans in Singapore.

You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors, drive safety and quality assurance, monitor schedules, and liaise with clients and authorities to resolve issues and report progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with clients, engineers, and authorities.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations and on-site compliance.

Responsabilités

• Site supervision of daily construction activities according to plans.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and risk assessments.
• Monitor quality against drawings and specifications.
• Track project scheduling and timelines.
• Arrange materials, tools and equipment for site activities.
• Liaise with client, consultants, and authorities.
• Attend inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues and delays.
• Maintain orderly site housekeeping.
