• Control and reduce material wastage through effective monitoring.
• Interpret project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings to guide work execution.
• Plan and schedule work activities, material requisitions, and project coordination tasks.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for management review.
• Implement proactive measures to monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns.
• Lead and motivate a team of operation staff to achieve project goals.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
