Job summary

star inn engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a capable construction site supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality across projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to deliver on schedule.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple crews, with a 6-day work week and one weekday off. Electrical/plumbing tasks knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires practical construction experience and ability to manage site operations.
• Relevant technical qualifications may be accepted depending on project needs.
• Ability to supervise workers, foremen, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Experience monitoring schedule, quality, materials and manpower.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
• Relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Sat & Sun inclusive) with one weekday off.
• Able to attend customer enquiries by phone.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising daily construction site operations.
• Supervising workers, foremen, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitoring project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining construction quality standards.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Preparing site progress reports and maintaining project records.
• Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and defects.
• Performing other duties related to construction site management as assigned by the company.
