INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a permanent role in the construction industry.

Islandwide location with the current project at Central. Working hours Mon to Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, salary up to SGD 7,200 plus variable bonus. You will support site management, coordinate subcontractors, prepare schedules and progress reports, ensure drawings and specifications are followed, and assist in testing and handover.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with a main contractor as an Assistant Project Manager.
• Good understanding of construction processes, site coordination, drawings, and project documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant construction/project management software.

Responsabilités

• Support the management in monitoring daily site activities, manpower allocation, material deliveries, and subcontractor progress to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Serve as a central point of contact among consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, quantity surveyors, and safety teams to resolve operational bottlenecks seamlessly.
• Prepare and update master schedules, progress reports, statutory submissions, and inspection documentation.
• Ensure work execution strictly adheres to approved structural/architectural drawings, technical specifications, and local safety standards.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, quality audits, defect rectification, and project completion/ handover procedures.
