Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor schedules for construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and delays are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in construction management or related field, 3–8 years in planning and controls, and is proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in construction-related field.
• Experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction project schedules from planning through completion.
• Establish baselines, milestones, activities, logic, durations, and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule forecasts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and site personnel for progress information.
• Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and schedule risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Analyse delays and support recovery and acceleration schedules.
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project programme.
• Maintain records of schedule changes, progress updates, assumptions, and constraints.
• Support project planning meetings and present schedule updates and key issues to management.
