Job summary

Shimizu Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Planning Assistant to support project scheduling activities. You will assist in developing, updating, and submitting comprehensive project schedules and progress reports, and help coordinate subcontractor timelines under supervision.

You will learn CPM concepts, use MS Project or Primavera P6, maintain data quality, and participate in planning reviews with EPC/Subcontractors, ensuring alignment to the master plan and adherence to contractual

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (Or Primavera P6) at a intermediate level.

• Solid understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and fundamental scheduling principles.

• Capable of assisting in the preparation and regular updating of project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation charts under supervision

• Experience in the preparation of claim letters and Extension of Time (EOT) delay analysis is an added advantage.
