Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in the construction materials sector from our Paya Lebar office. You will manage existing clients, identify opportunities, and deliver excellent service to meet sales targets.

This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will support pre-sales activities, forecast sales, and stay updated on market trends in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of sales experience, preferably in building construction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets
• Provide expert product and service knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and queries
• Support pre-sales activities including client/site visits, tenders, and proposals
• Accurately forecast sales, monitor pipeline and report progress to management
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments
