Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage measurements, tender documentation, and cost control for construction projects. Experience with BIM-enabled QS processes and reviewing BQ/SOR is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–8 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare measurements and tender documentation using BIM and QS software; review Bills of Quantities (BQ), Schedule of Rates (SOR), preliminaries, and trade preambles.
• Drive cost planning and control: prepare/monitor cost estimates, budgets, forecasts; analyze cost performance and suggest savings; review lifecycle costing and value engineering.
• Define tender and procurement strategies: support procurement planning and subcontractor sourcing; review tender invitations and procurement docs; evaluate tender submissions and reports.
• Manage post-contract administration: review and certify interim payments, assess variations, EOTs and claims; negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
