Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a procurement professional to manage requisitions, quotes, orders and supplier coordination within a fast-paced environment. You will input data, monitor costs and schedules, and ensure timely, quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities include processing purchasing requests, preparing payment summaries, and liaising with finance and site teams to achieve best value while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering/Construction or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
• Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
• Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare payment summaries, date entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
