Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Purchaser to source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. You will obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers while managing purchase orders and coordinating with project teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of purchasing experience in construction, strong knowledge of materials and market pricing, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction, building, or renovation industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and quotation comparison skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman-related materials, tools, and equipment.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.
• Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget.
• Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.
