Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable assistant to the Lead Consultant to support project management and daily operations in Singapore.

You will help with site planning, facilities hoarding access and crane requirements, and monitor progress against programmes. You will ensure workplace safety and environmental measures are implemented and coordinate mock-ups, inspections, and trade demonstrations. You will handle submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, civil/structural/electrical/mechanical/environmental engineering, Building Science, Project Management or related field.
• Experience with construction project management is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and communication skills required.

Responsibilities
