The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring budgets and quality targets are met, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with MOM, NEA, HDB and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, resource allocation and ensuring timely project completion.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineers and Supervisors on site operations.
• Negotiate with external vendors and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project implementation within time, cost and quality targets.
• Lead site team and coordinate submissions with consultants and authorities.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure health and safety standards are followed.
