Responsibility includes preparing reports, liaising with client representatives and authorities, and supporting the Quantity Surveyor with measurements. Ad-hoc duties such as steel structure engineering work may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Project Cost Estimation
• Attaining Final Account and Collections
• Track and Control Cost against Project Budget to Avoid Cost Overruns
• Procurement and goods received on site
• Schedule Planning
• Mobilization of Works & Equipment
• Co-ordination and Oversees all Works
• Control and Co-ordinate Subcontractors
• Control work site discipline, workflow and documents control
• Enforce the Company’s Quality System
• Site Progress Monitoring
• Liaison with Client’s Representative, authorities and Consultants
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in Measuring Works Done
• Managing Manpower, Materials, equipment and machinery
• Review and submit report and make sure proper documentation
• Eg:steel structure engineering work
