Responsibilities

• Manage projects from commencement to completion with timely delivery, budget and quality.
• Plan and monitor schedules, resources, procurement, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, cost-to-complete forecasts and profitability.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, progress claims, EOT claims and final accounts.
