Job summary

POWEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical construction projects from planning through commissioning and handover.

You will manage schedules, budgets, manpower, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate has strong technical electrical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience, with electrical focus.
• At least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
• Experience delivering electrical projects in Singapore and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, safety, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from start to handover, with schedules and execution strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, subcontractors, and site operations to meet planed outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities on progress and compliance.
• Oversee drawings, method statements, testing, commissioning, and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to WSH regulations, quality standards, and safety culture on site.
