Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku in Singapore (Tai Seng office) is seeking a Project Manager (A&A/New Build) to develop and manage project timelines, allocate resources, and act as the main liaison for clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of PM experience in Singapore, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and strong communication and writing skills, with MS Project proficiency to present schedules and control costs.

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in construction.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders on-site.
• 1–3 years PM/APM experience in Singapore.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.
