Job summary

Precise Development Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior civil project leader to drive high-rise/building projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities, lead a team of engineers and supervisors, and ensure schedules, safety, and quality targets are met at Punggol BTO sites.

The role requires a recognised Civil Engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar projects, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• At least 10 years’ experience in high-rise building projects or 2-cycle HDB BTO projects.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive with a proven construction track record.

Responsibilities

• Overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Assist to Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day to day operations

Education

Civil Engineering degree (Singapore PE Board recognised preferred)

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognised Degree is preferred
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects and / or complete 2 cycle HDB BTO Project.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude.
