Job summary

precise development pte. ltd. is seeking a senior project leader to manage high-rise building projects in Singapore, including HDB BTO work. You will drive planning, safety, and day-to-day operations while coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of project management experience, and a proactive, teamwork-focused mindset to deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Singapore PE Board recognised degree preferred).
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing high-rise building projects and/or completing 2-cycle HDB BTO projects.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record in construction.
• Excellent teamwork, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure project completion within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project completion.
• Prepare, review and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meetings.
• Assist to lead a team of professionals and technical staff in planning and daily execution.

Job description

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognised Degree is preferred
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects and / or complete 2 cycle HDB BTO Project.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude.
