Job summary

VPM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to monitor construction processes, coordinate teams, and ensure safety compliance, delivering quality projects on time.

You will collaborate with architects and vendors, conduct inspections, manage documentation, and report progress to stakeholders while leading site meetings and maintaining adherence to regulations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction processes to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained
• Deliver training and team-building sessions to enhance workforce collaboration and performance
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to coordinate project activities
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections to verify compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Facilitate teamwork to ensure quality work is delivered within strict deadlines
• Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple sites to oversee operations and progress
• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and project plans, and present findings to relevant stakeholders
• Stay informed on current safety codes and construction industry advancements to apply best practices
