Job summary

dhc construction pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute building construction projects in Singapore.

You will manage planning, cost control, and documentation while coordinating with subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure progress and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in MS Office and MS Project, plus a Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Qualified, competent and experienced with tertiary qualification in construction and with experience managing and co-ordinating large-scale projects effectively.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute company projects in building construction.
• Oversee the entire process and apply project management knowledge across operations and administration.
• Plan projects, control costs and document project activities.
• Provide direction in construction planning and coordinate works with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure progress.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works while maintaining quality and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure activities comply with the company ISO system.
• Lead a team of project staff.
