Job summary

Yi Hui Metals Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead daily site operations, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure schedules are met. You will liaise with BCA inspectors during audits, review and sign off on method statements and risk assessments, and oversee permit documentation.

Strong leadership and 6-day work week availability are required. This role requires meticulous regulatory compliance, QC of concrete tests, and close management of variation orders

Qualifications

• Diploma in construction-related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Independent with initiative.
• 6 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, manage construction schedules, and coordinate directly with sub-contractors.
• BCA Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for BCA field inspectors during routine site audits and structural inspections.
• Permit & Documentation Management: Review and sign off on Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and structural permit applications before work begins.
• Material & Testing Quality Control: Personally witness and approve mandatory site tests, such as concrete slump tests and cube tests
• Financial Value Verification: Monitor variation orders closely to ensure unforeseen technical changes do not push the total project value over the legal S$6 million GB2 statutory limit.
