Qualifications

- Six-day work week.

- Lead daily site operations and manage construction schedules.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and regulatory bodies.
- Review and sign off on method statements and risk assessments.
- Witness and approve site tests (e.g., concrete slump, cube tests).
- Monitor variation orders to keep project value under S$6 million GB2 limit.

Lead daily site operations, manage construction schedules, and coordinate directly with sub-contractors.
BCA Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for BCA field inspectors during routine site audits and structural inspections.
Permit & Documentation Management: Review and sign off on Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and structural permit applications before work begins.
Material & Testing Quality Control: Personally witness and approve mandatory site tests, such as concrete slump tests and cube tests
.Financial Value Verification: Monitor variation orders closely to ensure unforeseen technical changes do not push the total project value over the legal S$6 million GB2 statutory limit.
Min Diploma in construction related field
Min 5 years of experience in similar capacity
