You will work with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, prepare progress reports, assist budgeting and procurement, conduct site inspections, and support timely, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced, multicultural MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in construction or project engineering.
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and site activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support project planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and relevant submissions.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks and support timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
