Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive professional to coordinate construction projects from award through installation, commissioning and handover on site in Singapore.

You will read M&E and architectural drawings, liaise with design and site teams, and manage schedules and documentation to ensure timely delivery. You will monitor progress, quality and safety, resolve project issues, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related field.
• Able to read M&E/architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore site practices and safety requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award through installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Review drawings and coordinate requirements with design, M&E, and site teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, submissions, deliveries, manpower, and site activities.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and resolve project issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and handover.
• Prepare project, O&M, as-built, and billing documentation.
