Job summary

Construction Company in Singapore is seeking a General Manager/Senior Manager to lead construction projects from inception to handover. You will oversee pre-construction, design and execution, developing schedules, budgets and resource plans while driving safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of site managers and supervisors, monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and quality across projects in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction management in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish, including pre-construction, design and execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Attend site meetings on behalf of the company.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
