Job summary

Vision Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction General Manager to oversee all aspects of major projects in Singapore.

You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and uncompromising quality while leading planning, safety, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial management, and rigorous compliance with building codes and safety standards, with oversight of permits, contracts, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction project leadership and delivery.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capability.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, manage contracts, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Supervise and lead project managers, site supervisors, and support staff; recruit and train as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards; manage permits and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
