Job summary

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, enforce safety and compliance, and drive strategic planning to optimize operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in construction project delivery.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and safety.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Supervise and lead project managers, site supervisors, and support staff.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, providing progress reports and updates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop efficiency contingency plans.
