EVOLUTION ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead civil and building projects in Singapore. You will plan, schedule, and supervise activities, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, documentation, and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH, BCA standards, and MOM regulations.
• Experience in managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other PM software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management; able to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site operations to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all WSH, BCA, MOM, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, procurement plans, and progress claims.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, variation orders, and correspondence.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and technical coordination meetings.
• Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues arising during project execution.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices, and project deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare project completion reports, handover documentation, and defect management plans.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities
